HEALING VOICE - CORPORATE       WELLBEING HUB

Healing Voice Corporate Wellbeing Hub is an online area consisting of weekly sessions, specifically designed to provide a safe space where  your employees can attend to take valuable time out from their busy working day to rebalance their minds and bodies to reduce anxiety and stress and avoid feeling burned out.

Although taking short breaks throughout the day may not be quite as effective as taking a holiday, recent studies by Korpela, Kinnunen,Gerts,de Bloom and Sainoja have found that there are huge mental and physical benefits in taking regular breaks during the work day as it can dramatically reduce or prevent stress. Just detaching from work for short period of time, increases energy levels and decreases stress and mental burnout. A break can facilitate a total reset in your general wellbeing and mood levels, in turn, restoring energy and mental wellbeing and as a result, increasing brain productivity and performance. Carrying out simple breathing exercises, mindful visualisations and gentle movement for 20 minutes, can reset mental wellbeing and increase your productivity and performance.
